At Snowy's Driving School, I believe that learning to drive is more than just mastering the rules of the road—it's about gaining the skills and confidence to drive safely for life. My name is Derek Snow and I've taught with the Red Deer Public School District for over 25 years. Teaching students to drive was a natural progression for me as I can combine my love of driving with my passion for teaching.
I have been professionally trained by the Senior Driving Instructors at AMA. I have worked for AMA for three years and I am excited to be starting my own driving school.

Sherry brings over 25 years of driving experience and a passion for teaching to her role as a driver instructor. She began her journey by creating a highly successful program to help youth prepare for their class 7 licenses, inspiring, her to pursue instruction full-time with AMA, with a class 2 license, air brakes certification and an in depth knowledge of the driver's guide. Sherry specializes in working with teens, particularly those who have experienced trauma, adapting her teaching to suit individual learning styles. She believes a great instructor is one who generally cares and strives to equip students with the skills to become safe confident drivers.
